CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation 

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. Therefore, we allow cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, you will be eligible for full refund , please contact us immediately at [support@theurbancrew.shop]  with your order number and contact details (NO QUESTIONS ASKED). We will process your request promptly.

Please note that once your order has been processed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled for a refund after the 6-hour window has elapsed.

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the item(s) you received is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, you may request an exchange for a replacement item of the same style and size.

  • Size Issue: If you received the wrong size or if the item(s) does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

  • Other General Issues: If you have any other concerns or issues with your order that warrant an exchange, such as receiving the wrong item or color, you may request an exchange for the correct item or color, subject to availability.

5. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [support@theurbancrew.shop] within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the issue you encountered, including whether it is a manufacturing defect, size issue, or other general issue.

Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible, subject to availability.

6. Refund Exceptions

Please note that our exchange policy does not apply to items returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects, size issues, or other general issues specified above. For returns unrelated to these issues, please refer to our Return Policy for further guidance.
